It can be hard to find a safe haven of support when things seem dire. That’s why we think it’s important you get to hear the real-life success stories from our incredible community members. Read up on their story to find out more about them, because through their own experience could help you get through yours.

Lyndsey has not only been a respectable resource for the goalie community but over the years has become a real friend of mine.  Please read her story regarding her mental health journey, give the fact that this month is Suicide Prevention month.

April 1, 2022 the lacrosse world and the goalie community lost a great young man to suicide.  Robert Martin was a Graduate Student at SUNY Binghamton when he passed away last Friday.  He struggled with depression and warning signs were missed. He was a good soul, a better human, and an amazing goalie.  Prayers go out to the Martin Family and Binghamton Men's Lacrosse program.

This Mental Health Support Group was started with the belief that every single one of us is resilient, and that our resilience can be fostered with the help and support of current and former goalies in the lacrosse community. Our supporters provide the place and space for personal growth, self-reflection, learning, and bonding. We invite you to explore all of our resources and content with the hope that you will find the answers you are looking for.
