Brad Gigliotti
Founder
Brad currently is the Director of the 6x6 Goalie Academy based in West Michigan. He has 20+ years of Goalie Coaching experience, he has made the decision to follow his dream create a resource to help goalies struggling with Mental Health issues.
Lyndsey Munoz
Co-Founder
Lyndsey has stepped down as the  Assistant Coach at NCAA Division 1 George Mason University. She will continue to work as an assistant coach at a local private school in Fairfax, VA.  She continues to run her own goalie training business with LM Lax Training. Lyndsey is a huge advocate for helping goalies struggling with mental health issues. She will be able to help any goalies, but she specializes in helping girls deal with mental health.
Sheila Bates
Director of Parent Support
Sheila handles all of our parent support issues and implements new ways to garner parental involvement in their goalie lives. She specializes in marketing in her spare time, but works in the pharmaceutical industry. She has a daughter who will be a goalie at George Mason University in the fall 2023.

Currently in the process of looking for an individual interested in helping with the development and coordination of our NEW Ambassadorship program. Expected to roll out in Fall of 2023.

Why are we here?
If you or someone you care about is struggling with mental health issues and are unsure of where to turn to for help o support, then Goalies Matter is here and ready to help.
Goalies Matters was developed to provide support and assistance to help goalies in the lacrosse community struggling with Mental Health issues. We face many challenges outside of being hit with a ball. It's not easy being a goalie in the cage or out. Goalies Matter is a resource to help with your issues behind the mask. Our intention is to help and guide you to unleash those demons so that you can un-mask and come out from the dark and be present.

This website will provide with all the resources you need for support. Goalies DO Matter and that's why we have a number of Goalie Supporter who are dedicated and willing to help you in your time of need. Being a goalie is FUN, and we will do whatever it takes to keep you in the Cage and become a True Authentic Leader.
